A LOT HAPPENS BETWEEN THE "BEFORE" & "AFTER"!

Take a look at this modest home basement bar on the left.  All the necessities are there, but where is the presence? Where is the pizzazz? There's plenty of room for a great home bar, but the owners needed some ideas, some guidance and place where family & friends could kick back and enjoy. We took them through our painless process and within weeks, the tiki syle bar on the right was a reality.

  • Needs Analysis & Planning


    We all know that most things don't get done when there isn't a plan. To bridge this gap between your desires and a comprehensive construction plan, we take your through a the following process:

    1. FREE NO-STRESS CONSULTATION: We find out your dreams by asking & listening.
    2. BRAINSTORMING: We analyze your space and "paint a picture" of a number of possibilities.
    3. PROPOSALS: You get up to three thumbnail proposals and find out how your dreams can fit your budget.
    4. DECISIONS: We agree on a game plan, time table and a detailed procedure document. You aren't surprised and we aren't wasting your or our time!
    5. PLAN DRAWINGS: We design your space in detail and go over/revise the CAD drawings together and agree on a start date

  • Construction Phase

    The Construction process includes the following steps:

    1. Obtaining any building permits from your municipality
    2. Coordinating efforts and sharing plans with your Electrician and/or Plumbers. If you need some electrical/plumbing references, we'll be glad to recommend.
    3. Preparing the site for Construction to safeguard adjacent spaces
    4. Construction of your home bar to specifications and agreed timetable

    Usually, this phase takes weeks depending on the size and scope of your project. Our goal is to respect your personal time and space, and keep you apprised of any challenges that may affect the timetable.

  • Payment Schedule

    Most Construction projects follow this schedule. Of course, adjustments to this schedule are possible as long as it is agreed in writing during the planning process.

    • 50% deposit due upon signing of Construction documents
    • 25% due upon satisfactory completion of Construction
    • Remainder due upon successful municipality inspection, if necessary.
    Note: Any changes to your initial pricing will be executed on a Construction Change Order and signed by both parties.

  • We save "surprises" for your Friends!

    Good Communication is the key to a successful Construction project that gets done on time with no surprises along the way.
